All members of DOCLSE are expected to:

- Report any concerns regarding discrimination, harassment, or exclusion to the club president.
4. Inclusive Practices
- Events & Rides: We ensure all club activities are welcoming.
- Communication: We use inclusive language and imagery in our communications.
- Decision-Making: The club leadership considers diverse perspectives in decision-making.
- Support: Any member experiencing discrimination or exclusion can approach the club president for confidential support and resolution.
5. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. Any reports of such behaviour will be taken seriously and may result in appropriate action, including warnings, suspension, or removal from the club.
